Quality Matters Report

You deserve to know how your community hospital rates in the quality of care it provides. We’ve created this report so you have the tools to compare quality information, be an informed healthcare consumer, and make the best choices for you and your family. We’re committed to making our organization the best place for you to receive care, and we invite you to visit this website regularly to see how we’re doing.

Click on Indicator/Measure in the menu on the left of the page to begin viewing the many "indicators" or "measures" of quality that we monitor and how we compare to the national average when available. If you pause your cursor over each measure, pop up boxes will offer specific definitions and desired performance levels. Click on FAQs in the menu to see the answers to many frequently asked questions about our report. The information will be updated regularly, typically quarterly.
